Abstract

The green building concept has been with successfully accepted by several countries in their construction to save the loss of energy, defend atmosphere, and recycle the materials. Green building style minimizes the negative human impacts on the natural resources. Passive star building style is one among the subcategories of the green building concept. Execution of the concept of passive star building style within the tropical countries incorporates a bigger potential to cut back national similarly as world’s fuel consumption. The analysis shows, rag trade is one among the foremost sectors that uses additional energy for the assembly, thermal and visual comfort of workers throughout the operation; similarly as for the upkeep functions. Hence, the energy value has become a major issue in several countries together with India. The most aim of this analysis is to spot associate degreed to analyze the concept of passive star building style as an energy conservation technique for entire buildings in India. A literature synthesis is administrated on energy conservation strategies, style techniques and systems of passive star building style beneath the green building concept. Suitableness and application of passive star techniques inside Indian context is known through the form survey among the business consultants. The survey found that current usage of passive star systems in entire sector is extremely low. Passive cooling and day lighting systems were known as appropriate techniques to India as a tropical country. Moreover, analysis and findings give valuable information regarding buildings that supported the environmental style techniques to promote property construction
