The Architecture Represented in Turkish TV Drama

Abstract


This paper will discuss the effect of TV drama on people’s behavior. Then, the effect of TV drama’s architecture on people’s taste will be investigated and then the demand on purchasing furniture or attempting to achieve the same architectural style. A sample will be selected and analyzed in order to show the difference between the taste before being inspired by the sample and after it. Also, the demand on traveling to the country where the sample is originated -turkey- will be discussed as a result of the architectural representation of the sample through TV drama. At last a questionnaire will be carried to prove that a certain group would be affected by the culture represented through TV drama. Then we would at last conclude the factors affecting the change of people’s architectural taste through TV drama.
