Abstract

Due to increasing population, the land available for construction has very high value. Thus due to requirements of tall structures in city day by day is increasing to withstand heavy loads of structures, pile foundations are used including study of analysis of pile foundation and design. Paper introduces the procedure for analysing and designing the foundation work using piles for Ground+3 Commercial Building. The most important type of foundation used for strengthening the structures is Piles foundation. The pile foundation is used for this building due to its low bearing capacity of soil at site and the settlement of foundation. Location of G+3 Commercial building is at Ulwe, Maharahtra, India for which a pile foundation is to be required.
