Even though it was obvious that working mothers face a lot of difficulties adjusting, they still like their current situation and want to keep it. Young married women, according to working women, should enter the workforce as employees or entrepreneurs. They should be able to take charge of their own lives, learn how to deal with the pressures of work and family, and use
strategies to find balance. Many working mothers additionally felt that they were by and large great good examples for their kids. Finally, positive attitude, acceptance, family cooperation, attentiveness, flexibility, time management, and catharsis are some of the strategies that
working mothers are using to adjust their work-family relationships. Likewise, they felt that they exceptionally esteemed what time they had the option to enjoy with their youngsters.
