Modeling Migration of Klebsiella in Influence by Variation of Bacteria Transport Coefficient in Chokocho River

Solo Eluozo, Nwaoburu A.O.

Abstract

The study examined the transport of Klebsiella in Chokocho River under the influence of variation of bacterial transport coefficient, the deposition of the microbes were observed to express deterioration as it migrates in any point of discharge, variation of its initial and declined in concentration were experienced based on the disparities of the river velocity, other negative impact on the transport process was dispersion’s in all the point sources of discharge, this observation were made significant in other to determined various rated of impact on the deposition and declined rate of Klebsiella in Chokocho River. This examinations in the station points of discharge were evaluated through the derived model solution, this techniques were applied to monitors the influence and variations of bacterial transport coefficient and variation of velocities, the trend from all the figures shows declined in concentration with respect to chance in distance, this were observed in all the figures, the derived model simulation values were subjected to model validation, this were compared with experimental Values, and both parameters expressed best fits correlations, the study is imperative because studies has been carried in different dimension, but there is no literature’s that has examined the impact of bacterial transport coefficient on Klebsiella transport in the study environment. Experts will definitely apply this technique to monitor the behaviour of the transport process in the study area.
