Energy Saving Technology and Concepts of Green Building in India

Abstract


The Green Building Assembly is a comparatively new spectacle in the Indian Construction sector. With amassed awareness regarding global warming and environment variation movement for justifiable development is attaining force. National and State Governments have also realized the need for maintainable construction as its economy is developing at the rate of 8 percent annually and people further need to go in for large scale development of Roads & infrastructure. The paper offers an in-depth literature evaluation in green building erection drive in India. The study offers a green building evaluation schemes, green design approaches, cost & benefits overview, and outlines their repercussions for future of viable expansion in India. A requisite for pervasive responsiveness and training for capacity building in the field of construction and operations of green building is arising.
