Quantifying the Variables Related to Housing Delivery Methods, Housing Quality Levels and Customer Satisfaction in Indian Context

Abstract


“Housing” the phrase is one the major traditional basic need of human life survival. With increasing urbanization the term “housing” is fasten with approachability, hygiene, security, goods availability etc. Basics of housing arises with its purchase and sale considering all needed parameters as or for a customer and their satisfaction. So, this paper dispenses with evaluation of customer satisfaction of housing due to quality levels of house units by housing delivery methods. Various important associated variables are perceived, objectively as well as subjectively. In the first part of this paper work on compilation of all related variables to customer satisfaction, housing quality levels and variables related to housing delivery methods from literature review and general perception are discussed. Mini Delphi method used for taking tangible conclusions to develop collective better knowledge of customer satisfaction, housing quality levels and housing delivery methods. These paper intents to develop the understanding of customer satisfaction, housing quality levels and housing delivery methods quantitatively.
