Abstract

Site planning not only involves a great effort in distributing of zones with varying potential, also a careful pre-done analysis to utilize the potential of each one of them. Efficient design and construction saves energy and resources also decrease and divert construction waste which optimizing the cost of various resources. Techniques can be adopted to minimize the costs of construction creating a cost effective design. Though the construction industry has found out a number of materials for using in construction, the development of site generally gets neglected in most of the projects.
