Abstract

Green building common known as the sustainable building have been designed to meet certain objectives such as usage of energy, water, and other materials more efficiently and reducing the negative impact on the environment. It is a chance to create an environment suitable for every living creature and also make a healthier environment along with an idea of cost savings. The conventional projects majorly lead to the over-consumption of natural resources and in order to reduce this impact on natural resources the concept of green building has been introduced.

Green building can also be called green construction or sustainable construction. It’s a way of giving environment a chance to breath. This process of enhancing quality of life will eventually result in the reduction of greenhouse gasses which are the main cause of global warming. This paper presents an overview of the modern green and sustainable infrastructure and construction technology which will make a proper impact on the conservation and utilization of natural resources which will make sure the resources are being regulated and also used in a proper manner. Also reducing the over cost of the construction and making and environmentally stable environment for the society and nature.
