Abstract

A concrete notion has always been held in the minds of people that architecture is when it is monumental. This philosophy is embedded in minds because of the eternal buildings that bedazzle every passing generation but does that mean that now when the times have changed and when life is all about fast pace, one cannot celebrate transient architecture which conveniently fits into the demands of the modern life? This paper analyses the controversy around Transient architecture and promotes is as a branch of architecture that fits into the modern world.
