The text carries on with studying different volumes of GRIHA comprising criteria required to achieve rating backed up by a case study. We observe the appreciable influence the system has had in the incorporation of green elements in building construction. Future evaluating the last two volumes of GRIHA draws attention to very important conclusion of degrading standard for achieving green rating with the change in point system of GRIHA.
