The Impact of Sustainability of Urban Development on Economic Growth in developing countries

Abstract


Lots Of developing countries are at this time experiencing gradually more fast economic growth, which promotes in order to urban development. Even though this urban development would seem to help these countries, it can, if incorrectly handled, create different disputes for them as well. In this article, numerous development scenarios for a developing country are shown and examined to demonstrate that vigorous long-term economic growth eventually needs an improved commitment to sustainable development policies. After these scenarios, paper investigates the impacts of human capital, physical capital, population, government size and the sustainability of urban development on economic growth by using a panel least square method. Results indicates that sustainability of urban development and other control variables has a positive impact on economic growth and increases the economic growth.
