Using Building Intelligence as an Aiding Tool for Livelihood during Pandemic Situation COVID-19

Abstract

It has been experienced that Building Intelligence is constantly evolving among ongoing era. Utilization of Building automation system can now emerge as a very useful tool for livelihood during pandemic situations like COVID-19. It can help the user occupants to access, utilize and work from home or their native environment. This will ensure working with minimal physical contact as well as safety from physical transmission of virus infection. Considering that social distancing is a priority practice on this isolated lockdown situation, architects/building professionals should be well aware of implementing smart solutions. This will aid the continuity of routine working without human interaction with proper Artificial Intelligence reliability. The solutions suggested in this research will not only encourage but also will enhance the routine performance of workability within their native working environment.
